A friend who lives close told me about this. Got there and the heavens poured. Had tortellini with fungi and truffles then pana cotta with chestnuts. The seasonal use of dam tasty food. Ate in the garden area, watching the world and people.

Excellent florentine steak. The other food was also very good. Good staff, owner ready to suggest different options. I loved the setting itself in a wonderful old house full of antiquities.

If you're in Florence and look for a place where the locals go to and the food is amazing. You have the place. Trattoria Osvaldo has a heavenly steak alla fiorentina, the pasta is homemade, the service perfect, olive oil Harvard class😉. 100% recommend. the atmosphere as well is beautiful near the hills, so special. …

For our entrees, I went with the risotto. Dad with the beef tenderloin. Mom with the Milanese veal cutlet. All were superb! The price is right here too, with none of the dishes going over 15 euro.

Absolutely delicious! We had Crostini, then tagliatelle with wild boar and rabbit with cime di rapa and panna cotta as a dessert. Everything was just perfect. Great discovery!
